Notes on Fencing

1. Fences are to be placed along the border of the property.

2. If the fence must be installed outside the property line, consent must be obtained from the property owner whose property must be violated in order to make room for the fence.

3. Ample property must be secured prior to fence installation, so that the fence has property on which, and around which, to fence.

4. Fencing of non-fencable property is not permitted.

5. A fenced off fence area is permitted if, and only if, said fence is fencable. No exceptions may be made, unless unfencable area has been previously fenced off (in preparation for fencing).

6. Intersections of fences with other fences shall not deter the fencer from designating multiple-fence intersections as single-fence fencing units. (Henceforth to be known as "fences".)

7. More than one fence may not occupy the same fenced area.

8. Fenced areas without fences are henceforth to be known as non-fenced fencable areas.

9. Fencing fences is not permitted except in fencable portions of fencable areas with fencable fences available for fencing.

10. Portions of areas that are fencable are known as fencable portions of fencable areas, while fencable areas may be fencable portions, unless of course, fencable areas are fenced, in which case no fencing is fencable.

11. Fencing fences fencably is fencable, until fencable fences are no longer fencable.

12. No fence is unfencable. Fencing unfencable fences may not be fencable. However, some fences fence fencable fences.

13. Fencable fencing of fences is fencably fencable.

14. Fencing fences, fencing fencable fences, and fencing fencable fences fencably, are all forms of fence fencing.

15. Fenced fencing of fencing fences fences fencable fencing fence fence fence fences.
