Lucius Tate Crank Calls
Who is Lucius? Who knows. (Read the autobiographical poem on his website and find out if you have to.)
The only thing that matters is that his crank calls are funny. Now, whether you'd trust a guy who makes these calls with your credit card number and believe him when he says he'll send you a CD, that's another story.
