In a case that has social workers scratching their lice-infested heads and close relatives fuming with anger, Mrs. Emily Robinson has left her entire estate to her landlord, Mrs. Hannah Bradford.
Mrs. Robinson's estate, in the amount of $135.52, was expected to be split amongst her two living children, John and Cindy Robinson.
When the will was read late yesterday afternoon, gasps were heard from those attending, as Mrs. Robinson's landlord's name was announced by the executing attorney.
"This just doesn't make sense," Mrs. Robinson's social worker, Jessica Partridge commented. "Rich people are evil. What the hell is a poor, disgusting, stinking, pathetic slob like Mrs. Robinson doing giving away her estate to an evil rich bitch like Hannah Bradford?"
Hannah Bradford could not be reached for comment, but submitted the following statement after the reading of the will:
"Emily and I were friends. I appreciate her giving me the money. She was a nice person, and this is just another example of that. I'm going to treat my family to dinner out at our favorite restaurant with this money."
As to why Hannah Bradford refuses to admit her evil capitalist tendencies, the answer remains unknown.
