Clinton and Japanese Government in Heated Argument Over Whale Hunting

Clinton and Japanese government officials began a huge debate this week over the hunting of whales in Japanese waters. Clinton tried to plead for the case of the environment and the whales, urging Japanese officials to recognize that harpooning the whales posed as a threat to other oceanic life and to global ecology as a whole. The Japanese government defended itself, saying that it had only followed the policies of President Clinton and his less literal version of "harpooning whales" in the Oval Office.

President Clinton did not take the joke lightly and immediately dispatched another plane to bomb the living crap out of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, saying that he wouldn't let "those little Nip bastards" make fun of his "sugar bumps".
