Clinton Signs into Law Landmark "Poor Become Rich - Rich Become Poor" Bill

Dubbed "The Great Switcheroo", by Vice President Al Gore, the law will entitle every poor U.S. citizen to become rich. After becoming rich, the law will require the new rich to give up their wealth to the new poor. A rapid reversal of wealth is likely to persist until quantum vibrations shatter the very fabric of the universe.
