With substantial government funds reportedly being wasted each year on police, military, law courts, and other bureaucratic red tape, Libertarian Think Tank The Cato Institute announced a plan today that promises to save U.S. taxpayers millions. The Institute's plan will streamline the nation's graft system by "putting taxes back in the hands of the taxpayer."
"The private sector can plunder and pillage much more efficiently than any government bureaucracy", said George "the Ubermench" Weinsten, chief thinker at the tank. "Just look at how far we've already come with rape and murder," Weinstein said. "Who knows how much private individuals could skim off the top, if they're given half a chance?"
When asked what exactly private individuals would skim off the top of, given the absence of government favors to be bought or sold, Weinstein said, "Hey man, make love, not war. I just want to give everyone a hug and smoke the biggest doobie that's ever been rolled."
Next, The Cato Institute plans to address the problem of private property, insomuch as objective ownership upheld by a government infringes on the rights of the property owner to bash his neighbor over the head with it.
